Prior to founding Neuberger and Company, Matthew served as a senior executive for venture-backed wireless services and Internet healthcare start-up companies where he successfully launched new business divisions for Mobex Communications, Access Spectrum and America's Doctor.


Calvin Bogertman

Cal’s career path of assessing needs in multiple disciplines and designing programs for the implementation of excellence brings a wealth of real world sales and sales management experience to Neuberger & Co.’s clients.


Chad Prinkey

Since joining Neuberger & Company, an authorized Sandler Training licensee, in 2008; Chad has been a catalyst to sales growth for companies and individuals in many industry verticals.


Jason Dixon

Jason Dixon has a diverse background in sales management and business development providing a unique perspective and approach to the sales and management processes.


Michael Correnti

Michael Correnti has a strong background in sales and management and brings experience from the Management Training Program at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Katie Bush

Katie uses her diverse background in the integrated communications field for relationship building and organizational development.

Douglas Lotierzo

Douglas Lotierzo

Doug uses his sales promotion and business generation experience to drive the behaviors, attitudes and techniques required for effective sales.

Patty Kilchenstein

Prior to joining Neuberger & Company, Patty managed all daily operations of the human resources department for WJZ-TV by implementing all corporate policy and procedures on a local level. Her experience as liaison between CBS corporate human resources and the local Baltimore affiliate is critical in managing Sandler Training requirements and implementing it for the NCO client base. Patty holds a BS in Sociology from Towson University.
