How did you come into this role?: I made the decision that I never wanted to work for a venture capital group again and that it was time to start a business of my own. I knew I didn’t want to borrow money, didn’t want to have investment partners, and that I was passionate about training. I started looking around at opportunities and Sandler turned out to be the right one. I gave them a call and found out that they weren’t far from my house. I immediately drove over to Sandler, walked inside wearing shorts and flip flops, and made the decision in that moment to buy a franchise.
