Patty Kilchenstein
Patty serves as Executive Assistant of Neuberger and Company, Inc., an authorized licensee of Sandler Training. Prior to joining Neuberger & Company, Patty managed all daily operations of the human resources department for WJZ-TV by implementing all corporate policy and procedures on a local level. Her experience as liaison between CBS corporate human resources and the local Baltimore affiliate is critical in managing Sandler Training requirements and implementing it for the NCO client base.
Patty holds a BS in Sociology from Towson University.
