Our History

Our program is based on the Sandler Selling System founded by David Sandler over 25 years ago which employs mutual respect and honest communication during the sales process and helps not only change our clients' thoughts, but allows them to sharpen their attitudes and improve their performance.

Over the last 12 years, Matthew Neuberger, founder and president of Neuberger and Company, has helped motivate, build, develop and grow companies through his work  with venture backed start-ups, privately held companies and publicly traded corporations. His unique focus allows organizations to develop a sales and sales management approach that is honest and straight-forward and allows individuals of an organization to stay intact at top performance levels on a consistent basis.
