

Jan Haas
Jan Haas is a Managing Partner of Cedar Boulevard Capital. He was most recently co-CEO of venture debt pioneer Comdisco Ventures, an organization that he helped manage through the technology bubble and subsequently acquired in the fall of 2003, forming Cedar Boulevard Capital. At Comdisco Ventures, Jan's team deployed $300 million of debt and equity financing to more than 70 venture-backed companies. Jan's position at Comdisco Ventures was preceded by a ten year career in investment and commercial banking, most recently as an investment banker with Montgomery Securities (subsequently acquired by Nations Bank / Bank of America). At Montgomery, Jan was focused on raising public and private equity for technology companies. Jan serves as an advisor and board member to private companies on the East Coast. Jan holds an MBA from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel and a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from Middlebury College.

Robb A. Cohen
Mr. Cohen serves as Vice President of XLHealth and manages the areas of healthcare finance, public policy, and government contracting and product development. Robb is also the CEO of Phoenix Healthcare Consulting. Robb has over 18 years of healthcare company experience, working with both payer and provider organizations, as well as in healthcare start-ups, management consulting and healthcare investment banking. Robb graduated from The Wharton School at the University Of Pennsylvania, with an MBA in Finance and Healthcare Management. He has served as a Director of the Health Care Financial Management Association, and chaired several HFMA committees.
